With reference to earlier announcement dated 05th May, 2021 regarding the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 12, 2021 for considered, approved and taken record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2021, Vikas WSP has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors held on 12th May, 2021 cancelled due to covid-19 situation. Its accounts departments personnel are suffering from covid-19. They are in home isolation. The company is trying to prepare the results by working from home. The new date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately.
