Cupid declines on temporarily shutting down activities at Nasik plant

Cupid is currently trading at Rs. 227.15, down by 8.05 points or 3.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 235.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 236.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 239.90 and Rs. 225.10 respectively. So far 2588 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 295.00 on 26-Aug-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 151.05 on 19-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 247.00 and Rs. 225.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 302.97 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.03% and 54.91% respectively.

Cupid has temporarily shut down the activities at its factory situated at Sinnar (Nasik) from May 12, 2021 till May 23, 2021, in view of the imposition of strict lockdown in the Nasik region.

Cupid manufactures and markets varieties of male and female condoms, water based lubricant, latex dental dams and probe covers. Cupid has a diverse product basket available in over 25 countries worldwide.
