Furtherance to its letter dated 31st March, 2021, with respect to closure of Trading Window. Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HEG has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 27th May, 2021, for the following purposes: To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and to consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020- 2021. Further, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from 1st April, 2021 and shall remain closed till 29th May, 2021. The trading window shall re-open from 30th May, 2021.
