Reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 to the Companies with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Dishman Carbogen Amcis has informed that the Company is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria given under the said SEBI circular as on 31st March, 2021. It is pertaining to note that the Company has also submitted necessary disclosure on 20th April, 2021 at BSE Listing Centre under 'Annual Disclosure' confirming that the Company is not fall under the criteria of Large Corporate as per the said SEBI circular.
