Shoppers Stop has shut one of its ‘Mothercare’ store at Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund - Mumbai. The company has now 40 'Mothercare' stores on standalone and 36 stores on shop in shop basis.
Recently, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary - Crossword Bookstores - opened one ‘Crossword’ store located at R City Ghatkopar in Mumbai. With this, there are now 83 ‘Crossword’ stores.
Shoppers Stop is engaged in the retailing business. It runs a chain of departmental stores with brands including Shopper’s Stop, Home Stop, Crossword, Cafes and Restaurants etc.
