Samtel Color has informed that ICICI Bank Ltd. vide its letter dated October 22, 2012, has withdrawn the nomination of their nominees director from the board of director of the company, therefore it is submitted that Alok Singh, ICICI Bank nominee director has been ceased to be a director of the company effective from October 22, 2012.

Further, as per the application filed by the company with board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for Reference under section 15(1) of Sick Industrial Companies (Special provision) Act, 1985, the same has been registered as per letter dated October 17, 2012 issued by BIFR, Deptt. of Financial Restructuring, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi.
