Shree Digvijay Cement Company has informed that under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had taken all precautionary and safety measures to take care of its employees, workmen, their families, due to cyclonic storm. Further informed that its cement plant at Sikka, being a continuous process plant, continue to be in operation and cement manufacturing and dispatch is normal. There is no untoward incident due to the cyclonic storm 'Tauktae'.
