Themis Medicare has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Themis Medicare is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27th May, 2021 to transact the following business, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Year ended on 31st March, 2021; and to consider recommending Dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21. Further, in continuation of the Letter dated 31st March 2021, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Company’s Securities was closed for all Directors/ Designated Employees from the opening of the trading hours on Thursday, 1st April, 2021, which shall remain closed till the closure of trading hours on 29th May, 2021, i.e., till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results as per the policy for prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.
