It has informed that that the Board of the Manager of Mindspace REIT at its meeting held on Friday, May 14, 2021, approved distribution of Rs 2852 million/ Rs 4.81 per Unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2021; and the Audited Condensed Standalone Financial Statements and Audited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements of Mindspace REIT for the quarter, half year and financial year ended March 31, 2021 (Audited Condensed Financial Statements), which were annexed to the Original Submission as Annexure 5.
