The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed acquisition of an additional 25% shareholding of Adani Krishnapatnam Port by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone.

The proposed combination envisages the acquisition of an additional 25% shareholding of Adani Krishnapatnam Port (Target) by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (Acquirer).

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), a part of globally diversified Adani Group, is the largest integrated logistics player in India.
