Ecoboard Industries has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 20th May, 2021, has considered and approved the request as received from the below Promoters and person/ entities related to promoters, as named in Annexure I (as enclosed) for reclassification from ‘Promoter & Promoter Category’ to ‘Public Category’ under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The approval of the board towards reclassification is subject to the approval of the members of the Company and other regulatory authorities, if any, in terms of Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereof. Also enclosed the certified extract of minutes of Board meeting held on 20th May, 2021.
