The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 1, 2020 as communicated earlier vide letter dated March 29, 2021 and shall remain closed till 2nd June, 2021 in terms of the 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of ‘Panchmahal Steel’ pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
