Ameer Ali, (DIN:02111528) as Independent Director of the Company due to personal reasons and preoccupations only, and there is no other material reasons other than what is stated above with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on 22nd May, 2021. Therefore pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Regulations), the Company disclose the material events as provided in the Schedule III of Listing Regulations.
