Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals has informed that one of Company’s Independent Directors, Ruby Agrawal has expressed her inability to continue as a Director of the Company due to her personal reasons and has resigned from the Directorship of the Company. A copy of her resignation letter dated 21.05.2021 and the confirmation (of date) in pursuance to clause no. (7B) ii of Part A of Schedule-III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended are enclosed. The Board will consider the said resignation in its ensuing meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, the 31st day of May, 2021. It also informed that Ruby Agrawal was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company in April, 2019 for a period of three years and has already completed more than two years as a Director of the Company.
