The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21. As per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s shares has been closed for the Company’s insiders from 1st April, 2021 and will remain closed till Forty-Eight hours after the announcement of the Financial Results on 31st May, 2021.
