ADC India Communications has informed that at the Board Meeting held on May 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company have decided the following: To recommend a Dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting, to convene the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company on Friday, July 30, 2021 and to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from July 24, 2021 to July 30, 2021 for the purposes of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend.
