Infosys gains as its co-founder again buys shares worth Rs 100 crore of company

Infosys is currently trading at Rs. 1407.45, up by 2.80 points or 0.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 1404.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1411.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1414.00 and Rs. 1396.35 respectively. So far 363011 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1480.00 on 12-Apr-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 675.05 on 12-Jun-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1415.50 and Rs. 1345.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 599115.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 12.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.77% and 14.09% respectively.

Infosys’ co-founder S D Shibulal has again bought shares worth Rs 100 crore of the IT major from wife Kumari Shibulal through an open market transaction, for the second time this week.

Post the transaction, S D Shibulal's stake in Infosys has gone up to 0.12 per cent, while Kumari Shibulal's stake stands at 0.14 per cent.
