Amarnath Securities has informed about the sad demise of Nazim Rajaiwala, Partner of its Statutory Auditors Anam & Associates, Chartered Accountants, ICAI Registration No. 0054965, on May 25, 2021. In view of above, further, it has informed that the sad demise of Rajaiwala has caused the casual vacancy of the Statutory Auditors, with effect from May 25, 2021 and the matter for appointment of new auditor in place the company will be taken up in ensuing board meeting. This intimation has been made in compliance requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015. (There is delay in intimation however the information about demise was communicated to the company on 03.06.2021 due to panic among associates for untimely demise).
