The office of Rupali Rampal Singh, Independent Director has become vacant from the Board on account of being her disqualified and non-compliant of DIN-KYC. The Board has considered her vacation of office with effective from 4th June, 2021. Further, in terms of SEBI Listing Regulations it hereby confirmed that, there are no other material reasons for her vacation of office other than those stated above.
