Further, in continuation to its intimation dated March 30, 2021 and in accordance with the Company’s Code Of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading (lzmo Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from Thursday, April 01, 2021 and shall continue to remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
