In compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 1, 2021 to Wednesday, July 7, 2021 both days inclusive, for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend, if declared. The, dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable and shall be paid on or after Monday, 12th July, 2021.
