Info Edge (India) has informed pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the proposal to declare an Interim Dividend, for the financial year 2020-21 in a meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, June 11, 2021. Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Company has fixed Tuesday, June 22, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for receipt of said Interim Dividend. This however is subject to the declaration of the Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on June 11, 2021.
