Smruthi Organics has informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021. Notice of the same will be submitted separately, as, and when the same is dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Friday, April 23, 2021 had recommended a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10 each of the Company for approval by the shareholders at the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 03rd July, 2021 to Friday, 16th July, 2021 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of Dividend and for AGM.
