A copy of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 alongwith Un-modified Statutory Auditor’s Reports are enclosed for the information and record. The company has confirmed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company D.K. Chhajer & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.304138E) have furnished their report with Unmodified opinion on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2021. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.55 am and concluded at 12.50 pm.
