LT Foods has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘LT Foundation’, a Section-8 Company under Companies Act, 2013 on June 08, 2021 which will be used as Implementing Agency as prescribed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
LT Foods is a branded specialty foods company. It is engaged in milling, processing and marketing of branded and non-branded basmati rice, and manufacturing of rice food products in the domestic and overseas market.
