Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Info Edge (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the proposal to declare an Interim Dividend, for the financial year 2020-21 in a meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, June 11, 2021. Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Company has fixed Tuesday, June 22, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for receipt of said Interim Dividend. This however is subject to the declaration of the Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on June 11, 2021. As already intimated through its communication dated March 31, 2021, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed effective April 1, 2021 and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2021.
