Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs 361,12,56,216 consisting of 180,56,28,108 equity shares of Rs 2 each. Also informed that the Meeting of the Allotment Committee commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 11.25 am.
