SEC:021/21-22/SS dated 9th June 2021, Sundaram Finance has informed that pursuant to the stock options granted under Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme-2008 (SFESOS), through Grant 12 dated 29th May 2020, (on 10th June 2021) 1 Option Holder has exercised 100 Options vested in his name. Steps have been taken for transferring the 100 equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat account of the option holder.
