Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Birla Corporation has informed that it has enclosed the detail of share certificates which have been reported as lost from the custody of the Shareholder and the Company has received a request for issue of Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu thereof. The copy of the letter received from the shareholder regarding loss of aforesaid Share Certificates is also enclosed for the reference.
