In compliance to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Thursday, 10th June, 2021 has appointed firms of Cost Accountants as Cost Auditors for the FY2021-22 at a remuneration of Rs 75,000 (excluding taxes and duties) for each power station besides payment of TA/DA.
