Fire broke out at one of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) units of Gufic Biosciences’ factory located at Navsari on November 02, 2012 and it had been controlled. No casualties have occurred due to the said fire.
Gufic Biosciences is engaged in diversified business viz. Pharma, Healthcare, Bio- Technology, Seeds, Herbal etc. Gufic has entered into hybrid vegetable seeds. Gufic seeds deals in all major vegetable seeds namely, tomato, chilli, cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, coriander, bhendi, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, ridge gourd, brinjal, cucumber and watermelon.
