Also published the Book closure dates, from Wednesday, July 7, 2021 to Tuesday, July 13, 2021 for the purpose of AGM and Final Dividend. The company has also enclosed the copies of notice published on June 12, 2021 in ‘Business Standard and Kannada Prabha’.
