ABB India inches up on getting nod to divest Turbocharger, Dodge Mechanical Power Transmission business

ABB India is currently trading at Rs. 1652.30, up by 1.55 points or 0.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 1650.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1650.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1658.70 and Rs. 1602.00 respectively. So far 7136 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1751.00 on 01-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 782.20 on 17-Jun-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1731.45 and Rs. 1602.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 34998.79 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.09% and 13.91% respectively.

ABB India has received approval from board of directors to divest/sale of Turbocharger business in Process Automation business segment and to divest/sale of Dodge Mechanical Power Transmission business in Motion business segment. In this regard, the Board authorized the management of the Company to take all required steps including appointment of advisors, valuers etc.
