In continuation to letter dated June 05, 2021 on closure of Office and Factory, ADC India Communications has informed that the Government of Karnataka vide its order No. RD 158 TNR 2020 dated 11.06.2021 have permitted all production units/ establishment/ industries to function strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behavior. Copy of this order is enclosed. Accordingly, the Company will open its Office and commence the operations at the factory in Bangalore from June 14, 2021. All activities would be carried out in accordance with the Government regulations and guidelines. Company's warehouse at Bangalore will also continue to remain in operation.
