Ambuja Cements rises after its arm joins hands with NABARD

Ambuja Cements is currently trading at Rs. 342.45, up by 2.20 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 340.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 342.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 344.30 and Rs. 338.00 respectively. So far 48393 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 344.30 on 15-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 183.35 on 29-Jun-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 344.30 and Rs. 332.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 67780.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.12% and 6.59% respectively.

Ambuja Cement Foundation (ACF), the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Ambuja Cements, has joined hands with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) for implementation of its employability through skill initiative project's second phase. The foundation received grant assistance from NABARD under the Gramya Vikas Nidhi, a fund created for the development of off-farm sector activities.

Ambuja Cements is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of cement and clinker for both domestic and export markets.
