Manali Petrochemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled be held on Tuesday, the 29th June 2021 for considering, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 and recommendation of dividend if any for FY 2020-21. As intimated previously, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
