7Seas Entertainment has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of 7Seas Entertainment will be held on Tuesday, the 29th day of June, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Registered office of the company to consider Audited financial results for the quarter & financial year ended 31.03.2021; to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds through issue of equity shares or other securities including through rights issue or qualified institutions placement or debt issue or a preferential issue or any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company, if applicable. If approval of shareholders is required for the aforesaid, the Board of Directors may also convene a general meeting of shareholders or direct a postal ballot for obtaining shareholders' approval.
