In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Andhra Cements has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 26th June, 2021 to consider, and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ended 31st March, 2021. Further, it has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company as per the intimation dated 2nd April, 2021, shall remain closed from 2nd April, 2021 till 28th June, 2021 and shall open on 29th June, 2021 as informed earlier.
