Asia Capital has informed that on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors has appointed Hanuman Govind Patel, a qualified Company Secretary (Membership No. A55616), as Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from June 18, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the details pertaining to above mentioned appointment are enclosed as Annexure-1.
