Further to its letter dated June 18, 2021, intimating the outcome of the Board meeting held on June 18, 2021 regarding appointment of directors namely Kanwar Pal (appointed as Executive Director), Ishwar Singh Sheokend (appointed as Independent Director), Anamika (appointed as Woman Director) and Sachin Kumar (appointed as Executive Director). In this regard, Sterling Webnet has informed that Kanwar Pal, Ishwar Singh Sheokend, Anamika and Sachin Kumar have withdrawn their consent and refused to accept the appointment as approved by the Board at their meeting held on June 18, 2021. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today June 19, 2021, have revoked the resolutions passed for the appointment of Kanwar Pal, Ishwar Singh Sheokend, Anamika and Sachin Kumar, and thus their appoints stand revoked and have no effect.
