Petronet LNG has informed that the Record date has been fixed as Friday, 2nd July, 2021 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (on the face value of Rs 10 each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 8th June 2021. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
