Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has launched Icosapent Ethyl Capsules, 1 gram approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA). Dr. Reddy’s Icosapent Ethyl Capsules, 1 gram is approved for the following indication: as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in adult patients with severe (≥ 500 mg/dL) hypertriglyceridemia. Dr. Reddy’s Icosapent Ethyl is available in 1 gram capsules in bottle count size of 120’s count.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries along with one of its wholly owned subsidiaries have reached an agreement with Celgene Corporation (Celgene), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, to resolve the patent litigation regarding submission of an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for a generic version of Revlimid (lenalidomide capsules) in the US. Pursuant to the terms of the settlement, Celgene will grant Sun Pharma a license to Celgene’s patents required to manufacture and sell (subject to USFDA approval) certain limited quantity of generic lenalidomide capsules in the US beginning on a confidential date that is sometime after March 2022. In addition, the license will also allow Sun Pharma to manufacture and sell an unlimited quantity of generic lenalidomide capsules in the US beginning January 31, 2026.

Dish TV India’s board has approved the raising of funds through Rights Issue by issuance of Fully paid-up equity shares of the Company for an amount aggregating upto Rs 1000 crore at price of Rs 10 for each fully paid up equity share (including a premium of Rs 9 per fully paid up equity share) to eligible equity shareholders of the Company.

PG Electroplast has approved an incoming investment of Rs 76.6 crore in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company. V S T Tillers Tractors has entered into a Product Development Agreement with Zetor Tractors a.s., Czech Republic for development of tractors with horsepower of greater than 36 HP.
