HEM holdings and Trading has informed that pursuant to SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and code of conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons covered under the code from 1st July, 2021 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021 to the Public. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021 will be intimated separately.
