The company had, through its letter dated 31st March, 2021, made a disclosure regarding the acquisition of 100% stake in Hemmo Pharmaceuticals (‘Hemmo’), for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs 775 crores and earn-outs linked to achievement of milestones, by Piramal Pharma (‘PPL’), subsidiary of the Company (‘Transaction’). Piramal Enterprises has informed that PPL has completed the acquisition of Hemmo on 22nd June, 2021 and the Transaction is now closed.
