Kanoria Chemicals & Industries has informed that, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, through a Circular Resolution passed on 22 June, 2021, has appointed Suhana Murshed as an Independent Director of the Company. for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 29 June, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. She is not related to any other Director of the Company. A brief profile of the Suhana Murshed is given in the enclosed Annexure.
