SEC:031/21-22/SS dated 21st June 2021, Sundaram Finance has informed that pursuant to the stock options granted under Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme-2008 (SFESOS), through Grant 12 dated 29th May 2020, on 24th June 2021) 1 Option Holder has exercised 250 Options vested in his name. Steps have been taken for transferring the 250 equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat account of the option holder.
