Sanjay Berry has resigned due to certain personal contingencies. Berry has confirmed that there are no other material reasons other as provided above. Considered and approved the appointment of Gulshan Khandelwal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effective from July 1, 2021.
