RSD Finance has informed that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of RSD Finance shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) from 01st July, 2021 till 48 hours after dissemination of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. The date of declaration of the Un-Audited financial results shall be announced in due course.
