Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III therein, Mercator has informed that in receipt of resignation from Sukhdarshan Singh Bedi (DIN: 08889664) from the office of Independent Director of Mercator ('Company'). Sukhdarshan Singh Bedi has resigned due to personal reasons and other commitments. There are no other material reasons for his resignation other than the one stated above. Also informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 28 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time, the aforementioned resignation shall be subject to the approval of the Committee of Creditors of the Company and accordingly will be placed before them for their consideration.
