DB Corp has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for its designated persons with effective from July 1, 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting to be convened and held to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter of FY 2021-22 ending on June 30, 2021. The same has been communicated to all the Designated Persons under the said code. Also, the date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately in due course.
